The Community Health Nursing Lab at Shivalik is designed to move learning beyond hospital walls. As outlined in the Community Health Nursing Department Orientation Report, students focus on families, groups, and entire communities rather than only individual patients.

The objective is to develop strong public health understanding while building leadership, communication, and independent practice skills.

Core Objectives of the CHN Lab

Students are trained to:
